As discussed in NHS Staff Only Forums I thought this would be worth discussing from a patients perspective also.
The current way is to use PALS I think. But perhaps there needs to be a central website that isn't part of the NHS to allow the public to keep checks on NHS services and trusts...

This forum seems like a really good idea. There are some nhs ran forums, Facebook groups and networks that are terrible so I hope you guys do a better job of it.
