Advice for British Expats hoping to come back to the UK for free NHS Treatment of health conditions.

Please use this thread for Advice for British Expats hoping to come back to the UK for free NHS Treatment of health conditions. Anybody can respond to this discussion thread with advice and I'll edit this first post (Original Post aka "OP") with the details for all to use.

Note that we are an independent forum and not part of the NHS.
 
This is one of the reasons I've registered. Lived in Staffordshire for 40 years but partly live in Spain for 6 months of the year so I think I'm in the grey area where treatment should be paid for by British tax payers, I think?
