Cutting winter fuel allowance - Good or bad?
With Labour wanting to cut winter fuel allowance for everybody except the poorest of pensioners, do you think it'll have a knock-on effect and cause more hospital beds to be taken up this winter? Is cutting the winter fuel allowance good or bad?
