As discussed in NHS Staff Only Forums I thought this would be worth discussing from a patients perspective also.

The current way is to use PALS I think. But perhaps there needs to be a central website that isn't part of the NHS to allow the public to keep checks on NHS services and trusts.

What would you say? Have you witnessed or even been a victim of a poor service yourself?
